Dr. Tessa Bent and her collaborators - Drs. Melissa Baese-Berk, Erica Ryherd, and Natalie Manley - were recently awarded an Opportunity Award from the James S. McDonnell Foundation within the Understanding Human Cognition program area. The title of the grant is: Context-specific speech perception and barriers to successful communication between healthcare providers and aging patients.
